Booking
Each ticket is for a date and an entry time. The lobby opens an hour before your time (30 minutes before the first entry of the day), and you must go in within 30 minutes of it. Tickets are on sale for dates up to 31 March 2027.
Official sellers are the studio’s own site, 7-Eleven in Japan and authorised agents such as Klook · KKday. Tickets from unauthorised sellers or auction sites are not valid.
Tickets cannot be refunded. Tickets bought on the official site can be moved to another date for ¥1,500 before your entry time; tickets bought from an agent are changed through that agent.
Digital Guide not on sale
After a fire in part of the building on 29 September 2026, the studio stopped selling the Digital Guide until further notice. Nobody was hurt, and tours run as normal.
Magical Winter and opening hours
Magical Winter runs from 13 November 2026 to 11 January 2027: the Great Hall is decorated for Christmas with about 400 floating candles, Hogwarts Castle is covered in snow, and for the first time there is snow in the Forbidden Forest. The Dark Arts Halloween event runs until 8 November.
Busy dates cost more and stay open later. On 15 November 2026 the last entry is at 17:00; on most days in January 2027 it is at 15:00.
